1. What products do you sell?
We sell bracelets for women, including fashion jewelry and accessories designed to complement different styles and occasions.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to Poland.
3. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as postal services.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments and other methods available at checkout.
7. Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
9. Do you charge VAT?
No. As a micro-enterprise under the French “franchise en base de TVA,” VAT is not applicable.
10. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at:
